Together, being number one in people and number one in service will allow us to realise our third strategic priority which is to be #1 in the markets we operate in.
In pursuit of our vision, in 2017 we founded the GRS Academy, dedicated to delivering learning and development programmes that give GRS employees the opportunity grow. The GRS Academy has had phenomenal success and has grown to become an accredited provider of development programmes across a range of levels and business functions.
